Abstract

Land burning in land clearing efforts has been done for a long time, not only by individuals, but also by corporations. The burning of land widely and for a long time has brought its own losses, both to the environment, even to humans. I argue that is due to the lack of social control of land-burning behavior. Using literature study that although there have been rules governing the burning of land, but socializing the values of environmental conservation, availability of facilities, and the irregularities of sanction caused the it phenomenon happens again.
