Abstract

Activities and learning outcomes in each class are generally different, therefore it must be the center of attention by teachers. Teachers are required to know the type of learning that is appropriate for their students. Teachers are given the freedom to choose the appropriate learning approach and media. This research was conducted in class XII IPS2 SMA N 1 Tegineneng in semester 1 of the 2020/2021 academic year. The reason is based on student learning outcomes, many of which are still incomplete or have not achieved a score of ≥ 70 based on KKM. From the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded as follows: (1). Learning with the Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) model can increase the learning activities of class XII-IPS2 SMA N 1 Tegineneng in learning Sociology semester 1 of the 2020/2021 Academic Year, (2). The learning process with the TAI model can increase the learning activities of class XII-IPS2 students of SMA N 1 Tegineneng in learning Sociology, (3). The average value in cycle I = 63.67 cycles II = 68.3 cycles III = 73, 33. The research recommendations are for all subject teachers, especially Sociology teachers, to always: (1). Provide opportunities for students to find their own knowledge and try to conduct research in an effort to improve teacher professionalism, (2). Preparing special classes that give students and teachers freedom to engage in cooperative learning.
